You'll need access to the full customer.ctfs.com site, your credit card, some basic personal information to help us confirm your identity and set up security features, and 5 minutes of your time.

What is a Username?
A username is your login username that you would regularly use to sign in to My Online Account.
What is an Account Nickname?
An Account Nickname is a description of the account you are accessing. It saves you from having to enter your Username every time you log in (although you'll still have to enter your password).
Is it safe to access My Online Account from my mobile device?

What should I do if I ever lose my phone?
You have to sign in with a password to access any of your credit card accounts, so no special action will be required. However, make sure you don't store your passwords anywhere on your mobile device in case of loss or theft.
